Treatment Approach
Primary Treatment: DAF with PAC
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is the standard primary treatment for food wastewater. Our PAC 30% at 100-500 mg/L effectively coagulates suspended solids and emulsified oils. The high charge density neutralizes negatively charged protein and fat particles.
Secondary Treatment: Biological with PAM Aid
Anionic PAM at 0.5-2 mg/L enhances biomass settling in secondary clarifiers, maintaining MLSS concentration for optimal BOD removal. Compatible with both conventional activated sludge and MBR systems.
Sludge Management: Cationic PAM Dewatering
Food processing sludge has high organic content and water-holding capacity. Cationic PAM at 3-6 kg/ton dry solids achieves 20-25% cake solids in belt press dewatering.
Halal Certification
Our PAC products are Halal certified for use in food processing facilities in Muslim-majority markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Middle East. No animal-derived materials are used in manufacturing.
