4. On-Site Service Capability — 15-Day Compatibility Test
For shortlisted suppliers, we offer a 15-day on-site compatibility test in the buyer’s country. Our technical team will work alongside the buyer’s engineers to verify product performance under local water and operating conditions.

Cost: On-site test cost depends on country, duration, and visa requirements. Typically ranges USD 3,000–8,000 for 15 days including travel and accommodation. Cost can be credited against first purchase order above USD 20,000.
