- Sourcing & specification — match the right grade of coagulant, flocculant, or specialty chemical to your influent water analysis, target treated-water spec, and dosing budget. Not generic “PAC 28%” — we’ll tell you the Al2O3 %, basicity, and chloride-to-aluminium ratio that will work for your specific raw water.
- Free sample & jar-test support — 200 g to 5 kg samples shipped in 48 hours; full jar-test protocol and dosing recommendation within 7 days of receiving your influent data.
- Full-container export — 20’FCL / 40’FCL / 40’HC with documented loading, weighed COA, SGS third-party pre-shipment inspection on request.
- Compliance documentation — SDS (16-section GHS), batch COA, ISO 9001 certificate, REACH registration confirmation, NSF/ANSI 60 confirmation for drinking-water grades. Halevai & Kosher certificates available for food-grade and personal-care grades.
- On-site technical service — 15-day compatibility testing program where our engineer visits your plant, runs parallel dosing trials, and hands you a written recommendation. Available in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa.
