PAC for Seawater Coagulation
Our seawater-grade PAC is optimized for high-salinity environments:
- Al2O3: 28-30% with high basicity (75-85%)
- Rapid floc formation despite cold water temperatures
- Effective across pH 6.5-8.5 typical of seawater
- Low residual aluminium in treated water (<0.05 mg/L)
- Reduced acid dosing requirements compared to ferric coagulants
Dual-Media Filtration Optimization
PAC with low-dose anionic PAM (0.05-0.1 mg/L) enhances dual-media filter performance, achieving SDI consistently below 2.5. This extends RO membrane life and reduces CIP (Clean-in-Place) frequency.
